Five things you can try this week to experiment with what works for you:
1) LEARN 🤓
Tune in every week right here to level up your health, habits, and happiness. ✨
Read “The China Study” to embed an acorn of insight that your future is not dictated by your genetics. We have so much more control than we believe.
Read “The Starch Solution” to learn exactly what to eat. John McDougall, MD is the most entertaining and clearest communicator for what to eat and why.
2) ROCK & ROLL (move) 💃
Standing is better than sitting.
Walking is better than standing.
Crank the tunes & dance while you meal prep.
3) HALF & HALF 🍽️
Fill half your plate with your favorite veggies! Do this for each meal - you may be amazed at the changes you feel!
4) TWICE a week, meal prep 👩🏻🍳
Sundays & Wednesdays get into the kitchen and prep some food.
(Or get a box of premade microwaveable brown rice, frozen veg that you can nuke in a jiffy, and kimchi on the side.) 🇰🇷
5) FAST 🥒
Fasting has changed my relationship with food and helps others with weight loss, positive disease management, and so much more. Make sure to work with your physician if you’re taking medications.
