I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for 5 months for better health and weight loss. No gall bladder for 10 years. I have cut out pretty much all bad oils and eat smaller amounts and my digestion is great. Simple changes sometimes are all we need. 😊

I have no gall bladder, only one kidney, no spleen and a large piece of pancreas taken out, had a 7 hour operation for cancer and I'm fine, not suffering and I'm 72 years and live in Australia 😊😊

I wasn’t told a single thing about treatment or pathology of gall bladder, except that it has to come out and I don’t need it anyway. And I wasn’t told one single thing for taking care of my health post op

My gangrenous gallbladder was removed nearly 30 years ago in my late 30s. I have no idea why it was in the condition it was but further, I was not given any guidance on how to eat after the surgery. I just kept eating the same way ever since and haven't had any related health issues. I had no choice in the removal as it seemed I was having a heart attack until the doctors discovered the gallbladder issue and out it came. I haven't missed it and life is good.

I’ve been slowly suffering without gallbladder for years! Doctors don’t fix it won’t even acknowledge that’s what is wrong. My stomach health is declined and gained 100 lbs over the years and can’t drop the weight. Hormones are out of control and im miserable. Thanks for this video it’s a start.

I have no gallbladder and after it was taken out I started on a roller coaster of one problem right after another and have slowly made some progress. The biggest was when my thyroid stopped functioning and levathoroxin didn't seem to help. In my reading and research I came across an article and did what it said, I stopped the meds on my own. I started eating two brazil nuts every day and three months later my thyroid was working well and the nodule they had found was shrinking, one year later it was gone. I look for a better way now on everything.

20 years no gallbladder and sick daily - worst thing I’ve ever done was listen to a surgeon who probably needed to make a boat payment.

Thanks for the information! I lost my gallbladder in 2000, and now as I am older at age 76, I am having some digestive problems, and just this morning, I came across another video which I watched, and a huge light bulb came on that I needed what they were talking about (Ox Bile and Digestive enzymes), so tomorrow I will go get some and hopefully this will take care of the problem.

So happy to get rid of my gall bladder. I have zero issues now. But I don’t each much fat at one time. Never did, so no real changes for me. I get probiotics from foods. I don’t eat foods that upset my digestive system. I really have made no changes since I had it out 10 yrs ago.

No Gall bladder for over 35 years. No regrets! I couldn't eat! I was down to 90 lbs and no one seemed to know what to do. I was going to die. I was told they couldn't do the surgery for a month. I said don't worry, I'll be dead by then. That was on a Friday, they did the surgery on Monday. Even with the staples and drainage tube, I felt so much better! Anything I ate, absolutely anything, caused so much pain....I didn't have stone, it just didn't work it was i was told. I didn't care. I wanted to live. I was skin over bones. I haven't been able to eat certain food since. That has been fine with me. I had no pain. I put on weight, which I needed. I was so grateful. After all this time and many years of research, doctors know more. I am grateful for that. I have been taking prebiotic, etc for a number of years now. So glad to know I'm on the right track. I use oils like grape seed, olive and coconut. I ditched the vegetable oils years ago. This information has been helpful in knowing I've been doing the right thing. I was 16 when I had my 1st attack and 31 before I finally gave in to have it removed. Then it was do or die.
Thank you for sharing.

I had mine out also…but misdiagnosed ALSO! They said I had a dark mass inside mine, and they always turn cancerous. They said that my problems with my digestion was also caused by my gallbladder. So they took it out, and when they cut it open, there was nothing in there! I’ve had more health problems and weight problems ever since. 🤬
