1. Morning stretches in bed (1 min)
2. Drink water in morning (1-4 glasses of water)
3. Wash your eyes 15-20 times
(Keep mouthful of water so eyes bulge out and wash eyes)
4. Oil pulling: 1 tbsp cold pressed oil (coconut, seasame mustard) for 15-20 mins
Brush teeth and tongue after oil pulling.
5. First meal of your day:
General: Piece of 1 Seasonal fruit

Above ones - do not eat anything for 30 mins.and then, you can have regular breakfast.

I followed you sir for the past 2-3 years, I tried to follow almost everything you said, but since due to time crunch and work constraints, managed to follow 50-60 percent of it only....but even that has helped me so much, I just cannot thank you in words, I quitted maida, sugar and preservative loaded foods and avoided junk food (like just once or twice in a month), and I can really feel the positive changes I have encountered in my life, really thankyou sir from bottom of my 💖!!
