Thanks for watching! What other productivity topics should we cover?

Let me tell you this. You are by far the best productivity/self help etc. youtuber out there. You actually cite studies and science for every claim you make which is amazing, and base your tips on science and a bit of personal anecdotes rather than all anecdotes like so many do. You then make the videos enjoyable to watch, and fairly short. And it's all free. Thank you for the content, one complaint: You don't give us enough content, your content is so good we need more .

I am 100% procrastinating watching this video 😂 but worth it, I love the actionable steps especially around the two minute rule. Atomic Habits is a great book to keep revisiting! Thank you for the reminder and the science about my brain 🧠

I've been suffering for a while from depression and thus abandoning my channel and moving forward. The pandemic has been really hard. But while I'm down I'm not out. At least not yet. Thank you for these videos that provide me with a lil mental gymnastics and entertainment that's also informative. This helps. Thanx guys😊

What I find difficult with regards to medical school and 3rd year specifically is that we are given very little time to be actual human beings / enjoy our life with our significant other / friends. After a 10-12 hour shift in clinic it is not a matter of procrastinating when coming back home but giving your brain the rest it needs so you can be 100% concentrated on a set of practice questions. I think this involves reshaping the entire medical school curriculum and mentality of "grinding" but this is of course a conversation for another day. Would be interested to hear both of your thoughts on this.

I would like to add, that negative limiting beliefs, like "if it takes me too much time to learn that means I'm dumb" can also manifest procrastination, and neutralising this kind of resistance also brings joy, because we really can sit down and enjoy it!

Part of this is the willingness to feel the pressure. Yes, it is uncomfortable and unappealing, but if done right, it can refine you like gold. You just have to be willing ig

I’m always like “I’m gonna do this” the day before and then when it comes I’m like “I don’t have the energy, I can do it tomorrow” the cycle then continues

Practice questions are the most fun part of it for me. Leading up to the Practice questions is when it gets boring

To me there’s no one in this world who doesn’t procrastinate. We all do that at some point. Some ppl procrastinate on their jobs, study, I guess because the given assignments are very overwhelming and difficult 😥
