Wow! This really spoke to me. I am in tech, but I love teaching new employee, mentoring, building training materials. Ever company I have done projects for in other tech things, has seen my love for helping grow teams and has used me to build success training materials, I have mentor over 70 new web developers, designs, and so on. But these success were done on the side, because my role with each company was something else, Project Manager for Website Development, WordPress Web Developer, Technical Writer for legal process to automation, Internet Security, etc... My passion would rise when a new employee was hired and I was allowed to train them, or when I was asked to build an CMS Training document, that is when I became alive. I didn't know there was a career for this?!!!! I WANT THIS CAREER!! Thank you for sharing your story.

Absolutely Amazing, I parted from my job on Monday, May, 2, 2022. The craziest part I did not quit and they did not want to say they fired or released me. I have a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management with Specialization in Human Resources 2015 with no experience. I am currently on the search and in need of much help to attempted to be in the field of my degree and at the same time I feel like you I am a very dependable and a hard worker but just may not be the brightest lightbulb in the box lol.
