Are you sitting right now?

It is so important to keep your joints, particularly your knees, moving when you’re sitting for a while- no matter your age, if you have arthritis or if you have joint pain ☝🏽

Your knees can get stiff and can begin to contribute to pain, altered movement and could also increase the chance of injury 🫠

But GOOD NEWS! 🙌🏼

Here are 3️⃣ very simple exercises if you are a desk worker or find yourself sitting for prolonged periods of time to help save your knees!

Completing a few repetitions every 1-2 hours can be a great place to start. If stiffness sets in quicker for you, you can make them more frequent ✨

I am digging your choice of music. I am an 80’s kid. Now 60 YOW. I am taking my ipad to the gym today and going to try some of your videos in their workout room. I am trying to strengthen my legs to help get off of the floor more easily. It’s a shock that it’s so hard to stand from a squared floor position! Getting older sucks. Thank you hon.

I already do the alternate bending/straightening and heel/toe lifts. I knee'd to incorporate the straight leg raises. Get it...knee'd...? 😏😂
