Is being called being over sensitive gaslighting? When you react to something and then you’re called out ‘oh you’re just too sensitive’ ... that annoys the hell out of me. It’s so they don’t take responsibility for their comments. Love the idea is talking to someone. Great video as always

My husband does this in front of people. He humiliates me. I don’t even know if I’m remembering things right. I feel like I’m delusional or even have dementia. He’s a total narcissist! It’s absolutely devastating. I’ve been with him for 28 years and it’s been a gradual discovery. And he wonders aloud why I don’t have friends, why I don’t trust people. OMG 😳

Be careful what you tell a coworker, I don’t think that’s the best choice for bouncing personal issues off of.

Unfortunately some people are related to gaslighters (narcissist) this person I'm speaking of wasn't a relationship or relative. Hope those stuck with a individual like that seek help and remove yourself as peacefully and fast as possible

The flip side: Gaslighters, assizt you into being wise beyond your years. Its a mindset how you view the constant attention you receive. Imagine watching the gaslighter (actions) through lens and they dont know you are watching them....its empowering.
