not only do I see results, I feel way better! everything is easier doing things around the house and I feel generally more energetic. Day 16 and still going strong!!!! 💪

Day 16 done!! Don't see any results yet, but I'll keep fighting! I'm using free weights now, that makes the exercises a bit harder :)

Day 16 done, but i can't really do the side both legs up, and the other exercise where both arms and legs are on the floor, i do a bycycle with legs instead to balance in out because its too much pressure for my lower back

Sucks I missed yesterday cause I ate this MASSIVE burger and couldn't do it, but good day today and mixing it up is nice day 16 complete 4/12/17

Day 16 done! It felt a lot better than yesterday, but my back still hurts pretty much.
P. S. Result are starting, really slowly but anyway, to show up!💪

I was a little discouraged, then I took a picture of myself from today in the same clothes I wore from the first day. My spare tire is definitely more toned and reasonably smaller
