This information would've change my life 20 years ago, all these years i've had minor digestive issues that worsens as i get older, everytime i went to visit a Dr. they quickly throw a prescription at me to relieve my symptoms and push me out the door instead of trying to investigate the root cause of my symptoms. i finally got fed up and started trying on countless digestive aid supplements and found that my symptoms get better when i take digestive enzymes in high dose. i ran to the Dr. office and told her and she did a blood lipase test and lo' and behold result came back "pancreatic insufficiency".

our healthcare system is a real tragedy.

No enough stomach acid indicates not enough unrefined salt. Sodium chloride along with potassium chloride release chloride ions in the presence of water to form hydrochloric acid. And older people are normally told to lower their salt intake by doctors and main stream media.

My husband just found your channel and I'm so glad he did, he's ready for a lifestyle change and everything you've talked about in your videos about how bad sugar is for you and all the health issues he's been experiencing are most likely due to his insane consumption of sugar. He loves how you explain everything so he understands it. He said it's like you're speaking directly to him. We're cleaning out our cupboards this weekend and trying keto. He's excited to do this and make a change, I've never seen him so hopeful!
We both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for putting these videos out!

His broad knowledge amazes me. The medical field tries to "specialize" in an area but you need to know how all of the parts work together! Thank you Dr. Berg!

Don't underestimate STRESS as one of the key issues with digestion - that as well as eating a proper diet, but even with a flawless diet and high stress the body doesn't function well.

Three cheers for stomach acid! 🙌 Not only do you need HCl to activate pepsin, but you need the chyme leaving the stomach to be acidic in order to trigger enzyme release from the pancreas and bile release from the gallbladder. So, HCl is needed for ALL digestive enzyme function!

Doctors removed my gall bladder in my early 20s cause they said it was non functioning. I've had trouble for years. Just had my chiropractor tell me I'm probably not producing enzymes. He gave me enzymes to take with food and it helped. My chiropractor... How did doctors not mention this ever?!

Omg when I i started listening to you around 6 years ago I bought your gallbladder formula. The first dose nothing happened but the second day when I took another one before bed. All I'll say is wow. It was like a plugged up sink being released. I felt like a totally new person. I love your gallbladder formula. Now I only take it when I need it. Oh yeah, for well over 30 years I had pain in my neck and shoulder. No longer. Thank you dear Dr Berg. Maybe I only needed to lose 30 to 40 lbs which I have. But, I am one of your success stories for sure. I am 62 113lb.s 5'3 woman. I feel better now then I did in my 30s and 40s

In 2012 I had a total pancreatectomy with an islet cell transplant (harvested from my pancreas). I had chronic pancreatitis which was the most painful experience in my life. Creon has become a way of life for me. Without that enzyme I would not be able to digest any of my meals. Thanks for your clear, easy to understand information.

Vinegar can help by replenishing the HCl. When the HCl is used, the acetic acid contributes hydrogen to the stronger acid.

0:00: 🔍 Enzyme deficiency can lead to various digestive symptoms, primarily due to insufficient production of pepsin and hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
2:50: 🔑 Heartburn can be caused by a lack of stomach acid and a valve that doesn't close properly, while pancreatic enzyme insufficiency can lead to digestive problems.
5:51: ! Pancreatitis can be caused by gallstones or gallbladder sludge, which can lead to inflammation and enzyme deficiency.
8:55: 🔑 The video discusses the importance of lipase from the pancreas and the role of the gallbladder in digestion, as well as common symptoms of bile deficiency.
12:38: 🥗 Eating too much fiber can lead to nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues, and fermentation in the wrong part of the intestine.

I started intermittent fasting about 2 months ago. I eat 3 fixed meals - 4 hours apart. For example: my first meal would be at 10am, second (small meal) 2pm and the last one at around 5:30pm. First and last meals are larger than the second meal in between. I do not snack. I eat eggs and avocados frequently (both have become my staple food). I no longer crave sugar, I cut it out almost completely. I exercise every day.
My digestion has improved so so much, Im losing body fat and noticing some muscle growth and stiffness.
I guess intermittent fasting works BEST for me, cause even if I exceed my calorie intake a bit, I still notice weight loss.. and digestion was always a big problem for me. Now it is perfect.

Remember your mom saying, "Chew your food well so you don't get a belly ache?" She was right for more than one reason.

I had heartburn after consuming foods with high omega 3 which happens a lot. My mom directed me to take a digestive enzyme so i did and my heart burn immediately disappeared..
I am only 39 years old with several health issues. Born without a thyroid, I dangerously react to t3. I have fatty liver disease. Cysts on my adrenals, kidneys and ovaries. Low B12 and vitamin D. Irregular heartbeat. It just keeps adding up. I had a irregular heartbeat by the time I was 28 years. I am overwhelmed and slowly taking steps to improve my health by cutting out high fructose corn syrup
