Doing her workout for 7 months now, about 30-45 mins every morning, switch to black coffee, and eating healthy. I lost about 9 kilos, and feeling so strong! I can go up and down subway stairs 3 levels without feeling tired. This really works! and my back pain was also gone! thanks for the session Joanna! for everyone that doing this, stay strong!

I cannot finish the first 10 minutes. I love the exercise but maybe takes time for me to do it until finish. I wont give up. Thank you Joanna and Adly. God bless you guys

So can you set a playlist of workout videos for people who have starting working out after a break! So that our bodies get back to the status it was before! This one was really good!
