What are you supposed to do in between the 5 rep sets? Is it just rest intervals or are you shadowboxing or something? Thanks

Are you squat jumping for 12 min straight? Just making sure you do at least 5 reps in every 30 sec interval totaling 12 mins- continuous fashion???
