Joe you are so awesome. One thing i hate about people who do work out videos is that they dont show emotion. I love that you show it hurts. It makes you real and pushes me further. Keep up the good work!!

These are now my favorite HIIT workouts. Other trainers who make workout videos act as if the workout could be done in their sleep which gets discouraging. You're so real. It makes the workout entertaining and it's nice to know that I'm not the only one struggling. Great job!

This is one of my favourite workouts! I lost weight a few years ago and used to do this workout everyday and it helped to tone and slim my legs, a lot! I am around 4kg from the lowest weight I achieved last time I lose weight and have turned back to this workout as it was so good for me back then! I look forward to exploring more of your workout videos! Thanks Joe!

This exercise is so short yet so effective, I have done this 2 days in a row to take away the pain from the previous day and I have successfully completed the plank jump which I thought I could never body here I come!

Thank you for the workout.. I honestly felt scared doing this workout because it had my knees so weak. 😥 I did my best tho & felt the burn. I also couldn't keep up with the plank squats. So I just did mountain climbers to keep going. I did it. I finished the workout. 🙂👑

What I like with this video is that joe suffer he is in pain with us !

Too many video you feel that people do the move easily and when it s your turn you 're like wtf ok next.

I felt understood that this guy with his beautiful body is in pain with me!
