Sir, i hate weight training at the moment but i love cardio, I can straight up do 30min of incline walk at 13% speed for 4. This I really enjoy and i do cross trainer for 20min at speed 5.5to 6 . Can I continue this

I do morning 20 mins normal walk then strength training and in evening 1 to 1:30 hrs of badminton..5-6 days in a week.. i lost around healthy 15kgs with this in 4 months
