Very informative video. I always soak my nuts and dryfruits, but never knew the benefits.
Is consuming the excess water a right thing to do? I always felt why lose the goodness by throwing away the excess water.

I have never been a lover of eating nuts maybe once a year I might have roasted pistachio nuts. However I do adore almond butter is this as good as soaked almonds?

Sir, pls can you tell that why consuming soaked sunflower seeds daily for some months then starts producing too much of heat in the body , as if it feels too much heat all time as if having fever???
