Here's a video on how to germinate seeds and nuts.

In this video, Dr. Berg talks about germinating your seeds and nuts to enhance your nutritional profile. Doing this brings the seed from the inactive state to the active state releasing a tremendous amount of nutrients. You are also ridding phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, thus making the minerals now available and other nutrients.

In a village in Brazil, where I live, besides planting and harvesting what we eat (all organic), we also germinate the seeds and nuts. I 'm 50 and never had any health issues at all.

In Iran we have been soaking seeds overnight and this has been passed from grandmas to the next generation for years ! A real bonus for our digestive system !

The reason why this guy has popular videos is because he is always to the point. I can't stand vids who waste time talking about unnecessary stuff before they get to the point. The reason why I choose a video to watch is because of the title. That video should stick to the title with the content not to waste peoples times.

I am 25 and I want to say this, and I don't know if it is because I am interested in nutrition although I am not on a good diet nor have I ever been: I don't get bored, or tired watching your videos! So thank you for all the good that you're doing, and I benefited a lot from you. Thank you, thank you, and thank you.

Doc, I was eating lots of nuts (no peanuts) then decided to activate them by soaking them over night in filtered water. Then I ate them next morning with my breakfast. 15 minutes in my mouth started burning and blisters formed across the hard palet and gum margins which were deep ulcers by the following morning. Before then though, I developed sore throat, sinuses, headache, swollen and sore glands under my jaw. I felt frozen to the bone. All of the symptoms persisted for 6 days before I got skin intact on my hard palet. Now any time I eat nuts or anything fermented at all I get the same symptoms. I'mdaity free keto at 64 female of 112lbs at 4ft 11 tall and really just dont know what to eat.

Also can use ACV and if you have a sun oven it is the best for dehydration and keeping the nutrients.

I've been doing this for about 6 months now, and it is really the only way to eat nuts. :-) I use just water on my walnuts, and they come out amazing!

Excellent video :-) I always buy Organic Chick Peas, Pumpkin Seeds, etc. I soak them for about 12 - 24 hours. It never occurred to me to add salt and lemon juice... Great idea :-) Oh! I find that if I soak Organic seeds, they will germinate. Regular seeds and nuts are sterile and will not germinate. One other little tip: I do not own a dehydrator, so I spread them out on a cookie sheet and place them in the oven on the lowest setting (Mine is 170 F), but I place a set of tongs over the oven door, so It won't close completely. Works great. After a few hours the seeds are dry and not over cooked. Thanks for the video :-)

This is very important for me. I started eating walnuts again!
Because they would irritate my gallbladder. I think all nuts need to be soaked because of the soft skin is very inflammatory.
Pecans, hazelnuts too are my favourites 💗

Thank you, I’ve been eating a selection of nuts daily for a good few months now and have never felt the benefits of all the veg and greens I’m eating. Will start this process strait away. Again, THANK YOU ❤️ from Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Correct me if I am wrong. Dehydration is to keep them for long, for storage. But, if I put them in water with sea-salt and lemon, and eat in morning... and do it everyday, will it be fine?

Have there been scientific studies to determine the optimal time to soak each type of nuts and seeds?
If you soak something too long, won’t you be leaching out the very nutrients you want to consume from them?
