I fasted for 60 hours and was able to kick my sugar addiction after decades of cravings. It really works.

Being a morning person, I eat from 8 am to 2 pm, then stop, except for green tea. Since I live alone I'm able to set my own schedule and I love it.

Fasting healed my liver from
Years of alcohol abuse as well as quitting alcohol . I started off slow. Got to over 24 hr no food and could tell it was helping. After i did a five day fast i waited a week then For a while i was just eating every other day and that is when i finally started losing fat and my liver started functioning normal and seeing real transformation.

This explains the last 20 years of my life and why I became a diabetic slowly over time, but my doctor at the time said, ”you need to watch your sugar” and that was it. But I’ve felt so much better since starting fasting and keto

I stopped eating breakfast since last year Feb and no snack between meals. I feel so much better and healthier than ever. Always have a lot of energy during the day and don’t feel tired like I used to. So fasting is amazing because I tested it 👍🏻👍🏻😍😍

Dr you are changing my life. I'm down 30lbs. My mental health is improving, my skin is healing. I was told I had pre-diabetes and fatty liver and was offered ozempic Jan 1st. I decided to listen to u and now I'm taking most of your supplements. I never thought there was hope from depression and obesity. I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with such bad panic attacks I couldn't go into a store or work. In just a month I am finding hope to live as a healthy woman. I have a way to go!! But thank u for helping me. Your saving my life literally.

Morning person here....eat breakfast 2 hours after I wake up....eat lunch around 5 hours later. ACV and lemon juice 3x a day...basically on a 16/8 fasting schedule. No sugar, very limited carbs....almost 3 years on this schedule. 73 years old, lost 75 pounds, and have kept it off. Not on any medication....never felt better.😊

Had my semi annual diabetes check up today. BP 118/78 and my a1c is 4.9. Your channel was the first one that I came across to help me take control of my lifestyle habits. Fasting, low carb high fat diet, regular exercise, quit alcohol, tobacco and weed. I'm also off my metformin and lisinopril. Thank you.

Just finished a 4 day fast and plan to do a 2-3 day one next week. Feel better, clothes fit better too. And the best part? No dishes!

Yes as of this year I’ve been eating 1 meal a day. Stopped alcohol and sweets. I no longer eat for pleasure. Have lost 20 pounds in 35 days. I am still overweight but I am not bloated. Plus the discipline is carrying over to other areas of my life. Small wins after small wins has created momentum in my life and I’m all about it!
