In this video, we demonstrate five dynamic shooting exercises designed to improve explosiveness and shooting accuracy with max intensity. Each exercise challenges you to pop up from different positions and quickly fire an accurate shot.
Exercise 1: Starting face down on the ground, explode off your chest and stomach.
Exercise 2: From a standing position, drop down to the ground and instantly spring back up.
Exercise 3: Begin on your knees, engage your core, and pop up onto your feet in one smooth motion.
Exercise 4: Sit with your back to goal, then pivot and rise quickly to your feet.
Exercise 5: Perform a controlled forward roll, pop up quickly, and take an immediate shot.
