In this video today I wanted to talk about the health benefits of kefir milk, as well as show you how to make it, different ways to use it, and how to store it.

Kefir helps to restore the balance of our healthy gut bacteria which means it helps to heal any gut related issues. This in turn, helps to support our immune system function.

Kefir also helps to improve bone health, particularly the bone mineral density which is beneficial for women, as woman are more prone to osteoporosis, especially after menopause.

Kefir is full of calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin B2, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K2.

Kefir can also helps to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, control blood sugar, improve mood disorders.

Kefir is high in tryptophan which helps make melatonin, and serotonin as well as helps to increase natural dopamine.

Kefir is also low in lactose.
