I started having Kefir 2 weeks ago and drinking it every day, I seem to go to the toilet every day to do number 2s as before I struggled to go twice a week. Yes this really does work and I am addicted to kefir. When I have too much left after a week, I keep 2 tablespoons for my new batch and put the rest in a small glass jar and spread it on toast for breakfast the next day. I am so happy you people put these great healthy products on YouTube which open everyone's eyes and live a much more healthier life. I am almost 70 and learning to live healthy does make life more pleasant . Thank you guys 🥰

I’ve been drinking kefir for a year and started making my own about a week ago and there is a humongous difference from what you make it home to what you buy at the store I wash like 100 videos. This video tells you a lot. Thank you for bringing this information to the people.

I recently started drinking Kefir again. Oh God, I forgot about the symptoms when you first start to drink it. Bloating, intestinal cramps, gas and constant pooping, but i'm glad I started it up again just to clear out my system. I also enjoy the health benefits associated with it.

I had kefir milk for the first time a few days ago.

Loved kefir up until 1.5 weeks of daily consumption when my whole body broke out in a rash due to the excessive histamines present due to histamine producing bacteria. Not fun. Don’t have too much… I was doing 1 cup a day.

Started making my own kefir a few weeks ago and it is proving interesting the only problem I have is trying to give it a better flavour than it’s natural taste even though I gave up all additional sugar consumption about a year ago and don’t want to add sweetener of any kind do you have any suggestions Thanks
