Making it with the Kefir “grains” (little SCOBYs) instead of purchasing (especially from the world’s largest manufacturer) is better, has way more strains of beneficial bacteria & yeasts, and is much healthier!❤

Kefir is Excellent with a little Pomegranate Juice. Pour a small glass of kefir - i use an 8 oz Mason Jelly Jar. Then put in a little Pomegranate Juice.
Do Not Mix or Stir.
Just Sip It Down.
So Good & Healthy 😁💚

It's easier to find the Kefir grains and make your own. I use the best milk in Texas, and it smells wonderful when I put it in the strainer. I love it. ❤️ Next thing you know, you will be making soft cheese and greek yogurt. ❤❤❤❤

That brand has doubled in price from over a year ago in my store. Lot's of things are good for you but getting out of reach to afford.

The grains are a one of payment the first time, and self produce with every batch you make. You only have to pay for the milk after that! I’ve had mine for going on two years!
