It’s time I chimed in with a comment. My wife recommended your sleep apnea exercises, and they worked so surprisingly well I started trying more of your workouts. This one has taken some time to work up to, but it’s really starting to help with my chondromalacia patella. The shoulder rehab and 7 day neck workouts are also helping immensely. Since starting those, I’ve been having less hand and finger issues on long bass gigs, and they also seem to be leading to better breathing and sleep. Your videos are life changing. Thank you, so much!

thank you so much for sharing these. i have a torn PCL in my left knee, and the ligament is just too small to have surgery on. the random knee aches are no fun, so i've been working for years on stretching and strengthening the surrounding muscles to rehabilitate the knee. your videos have helped me in many ways

I'm very excited to have found you and your knee rehab videos. And to start, commit, and benefit.
This one looks like some overlap with the one with a patient that I watched yesterday.
Can you tell me if I do each video as a set or eliminate dups?
I'm 72, these in this video might take a few++ months to do.
