Totally agree. Intentional breathing helps virtually everything, in my experience.

I have not been sick for 6 years now. The breathing has been my absolute center. I owe a a great measure of gratitude for Wim's philosophy and attitude.

I cold plunged every day except one when I had covid. I thought it would be extra miserable, but my body almost breathed a sigh of relief. Love you, Wim, and ty so much for the gift you have brought back into the consciousness of us all.

Day 3 of a cold and I was at my wits end. Drinking hot lemon honey and wearing so much layers of clothes did not speed up my cold recovery. I thought taking a hot shower would help, but it didn’t. After taking a cold shower and doing the breathing technique, i was finally able to regulate my body temperature and breathe properly. Thank you for the wisdom sir.

I’m not recommending this because I’m not a doctor but I had a horrible cold a little while ago and cold baths along with the breathing techniques(done separately) helped me immensely

Tried this recently just the breathing for 3 rounds while I had the flu and it definitely helped. I felt much better afterwards.

I really never got regular flu once I started wim hof method but I did take cold shower when I had Covid not ice cold but cold

I did the breathing everyday with covid, but i couldnt hold my breathe as long as normal. I think it helped. Sitting in the sun in nature helped too.

Also do daily meditation for activating self-healing. Everything what helps you activate the placebo effect is effective.
