4 oz chicken breast is roughly 130 cals. 25 grams protein. 4 oz top sirloin steak is roughly 200 cals and 35 grams of protein with more vitamins and minerals i choose lean red meat all day over chicken breast

Chicken breast is more expensive than beef now. They say there is a higher demand for chicken which has pushed up the price. I doubt meat prices will go back to normal.

Here in parkour civilasation, noone chooses to jump for the beef, its better to be safe and do the one block jump for the chicken rather than risk your entire life for half a hunger bar more.

It's not as simple as "more fat equates bad for weight loss" What fat is this? How is it made? (inside the cow or chicken)" . Cows have four stomach which they use for digesting and absorbing the food they eat. And when eating grass they turn the polyunsaturated fats into saturated fats. These fats are very stable. When unstable fats like canola oil, sunflower oil etc gets in your cell mepbranes you feel slow because the fats are unstable.
