Chef Bruno, I made this today and it was so amazing. Fluffy cake, silky custard and foamy meringue was absolutely heavenly. I am so hooked. Currently, shopping for a better mixer, to improve the time I spend making meringue (which turned great with patients). The next day the roulade I made for New Years taste even more wonderful. I am also losing weight eating your light desserts, by counting calories and lifting weights. :)

This is a ROYAL treat! Exquisite taste! My mother couldn't help eating half of this roulade without it even being refrigerated! And she is a total hater of other lemon desserts!:) Bravo, Bruno!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

First of all, I LOVE the new introduction to the show!  Very cool!
Second, this Roulade is out of this world! It is super exciting to watch it from start to finish, learning the professional techniques along the way.
Believe you me, you won't find anything even close to this show on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, etc.  No wonder Chef Bruno is everyone's favorite chef ;)

Multumim Chef!!! Aveti retete superbe!!! Ma bucur ca va-m gasit canalul de retete. Se vede ca sunteti expert in a gati. Sa incerc sa va scriu putin pe limba mea nativa. Sotul meu lucreaza cu multi francezi. Chiar mea descris intro zi cand a fost la firma bazata in Paris (Surennes) ce salate bune au Francezii, care mai de care, cand a fost acolo pentru serviciu odata (firma de calculatrice).

Chacune des recettes que je vois ici me mets l'eau à la bouche, ça ne manque jamais! J'ai une question à propos de cette recette, cependant. Est-ce qu'il est possible d'utiliser autre chose que du citron? Je n'en raffole pas, à vrai dire. Peut-on remplacer les citrons par des oranges, ou même encore, par d'autres fruits entièrement?
