There is only one Bruno Albouze in YouTube bread baking and pastry world.I have followed many, all of them good, but chef Bruno is unique his sense of humor his technique and knowledge accumulated is impressive.

I started watching Bruno when I was a child, maybe 13 or so? I used to show Bruno to my friends because the food has always looked so amazing. I used to say thing like 'He's really eccentric and dramatic. I don't like him, but his food looks so good.' After 10 years of strange loyalty, I see these and feel joy. I think 'He loves what he does. He has so much fun. He doesnt let other people's thought stop him from doing what he wants.

At tough time like this for all of us to find ingredients....it is so nice to see how you can use all those extras from previous baking and make full use of them into such a beautiful dessert. Thank you! My roses are blooming, both mini ones and full size. I am hoping to make more desserts with fresh flowers roses. Turned them into flavor and preserves or fillings.
