my current chest workout is, bench 3-5 sets of 5-failure more strength focus then dumbbell incline 3xfailure or 1-2RIR then flyes for 3x8+ reps

Please tell me why only 1 set of every exercise? Why not 3 with lower rep range ( 5-8)?

For pec dec, i feel something in my left delt but not my right. tried adjusting my elbows, shoulders down and back, still nothing.

Great video! Quick question, what are your thoughts on PPL is it better to work on particular muscle groups (chest + back), or do PPL?
