1. (2:06) keep the front foot on the ground & push off with the other
2. (2:28) keep a your body in a straight line & lean forward a bit (pushing your body forward using your hip)
3. (3:07) land underneath your body / in other words: land on the toes (don't land on your heal)
Drills:
1. (4:10) straight line hops
2. (4:54) leg kicks (landing under the body)

I actually make the fist mistake on a regular basis. Simply always switching the foot when starting the sprint.
