Sir ji mera weigh 63 se 73 ho Gaya tha ab 2 hafte se roj subah 10 km walk karta hu aur diet pe bhi dhyan rakh Raha hu ab bahut fresh aur stress free feel ho rha hai 😊

Mere experience se walking se immunity bhi achhi hoti hai
Pahle mujhe har 3 se 4 month me sardi ho jati thi ( weather change se) but maine aak saal se regular 15k steps chalta hu. Aur. Aak saal se mujhe sardi jukham nahi hua .. trust me its work but make it regular 30mint morning and 30mint after dinner 👍🇮🇳🙏🏼 ❤️ healthy body is a only way to take all enjoyment of this physical world
