I am 77 years old. I walk regularly about ten to fifteen kilometres. I have no heart high blood pressure or diabetes. I have made many friends (almost 30) because walk.

You r right sir ... M usually waking 30 to 45 minutes always.. Before waking m not feeling well everyday I suffering from headache.. Stomachache leg pain.. Whole body pain.. But now a days i m free from all this.. Thank you sir..

Sir i was 94 kg but last 4 years m walking daily it's my daily routine now i have reduced n 79 kg now i agree 💯 percent wat u said guys do it now thanks🙏
