Hi Tom. Im currently a 15 year old goalkeeper trying to put muscle and weight on. Im 5'8 and 60kg. I train football, sprinting and follow an upper-lower split from Monday to Thursday. From training about 3 hours a day i burn alot of calories. By looking at my whoop i have an average of about 3, 250-3, 500. So even by tracking food, eating in a 200-400 surplus and hitting my estimated protein goals I cant build any muscle. My guess is that its overtraining? Not sure how much it effects muscle growth though. If you do see this please help me, thank you very much

Be mindful about the amount of sugar in your meals. More sugar can be fine if taken shortly before a workout. Wouldn’t recommend meals high in sugar on rest days.

Protein shake is not food is food supliment dont mix two things, protein shakes cant be changed as a food. You good but you need more knoweledge
