Hey, Matt. Really enjoy the content. What are your thoughts on not counting reps? I find my form and mind muscle connection are better when I don't count reps and go 1 to 2 reps short of failure.

Hey Matt, When doing overcoming isometrics as the main mode of your workout, Do you rest after each set as you would when doing dynamic exercises or do you go straight through?
