I just recently harvested some Sinew from a HUGE white tail...
(Road kill unfortunately.)
When I was able to go back to it, it had already been scavenged by someone else and was missing both a front and rear leg.
However, I was able to get the two remaining legs and,
following your recent videos on the subject of Sinew gathering,
I successfully removed all the tendons from the remaining two legs. (I used a scalpel so please don't judge me too harshly.) Lol.
Anyways, I figured I would let you know that personally I believe your channel holds tons of value both aesthetical (ASMR) and most importantly, the knowledge you share..
