I'd lost some weight through intermittent fasting but the cravings went out of their minds. Now I listen to my body and think on what ingredients will give me the biggest bang for my buck before I decide what to make. The delay before eating while I ponder what will NOURISH my body seems to help me make better choices.

These all are so true i notice when i am tired i eat sooo much so now when I’m home i take naps and sometimes at work during my lunch break i go in my car to take a nap. Planning is true as well because if i don’t eat at lunch i come straight home to find the quickest thing to heat up and eat and usually if my meals aren’t prepped the quickest thing is not the healthiest
