Extreme suffering may be but is not equal to a good everyday life and causes many extraordinary problems. I understand you cannot eliminate time but what of the suffering e.g those who live in situations of the most intense hunger, along with their families? What do you do when you cannot help them in the time required? How to end such pain and despair?
