Thanks for sharing this. Just finished reading "Health and Beauty Mastery" — what an eye-opener! This book exposes so many hidden truths about the health industry that no one talks about! I completely changed my habits

The body thrives on regularity. Wake up same time, go no.2 same time. Drink some water same time, get sunlight same time. Stack wins of a morning routine. Eat high fibre diet in a set window. Produce lots of butyrate. Workout. Avoid doing dumb shit. Avoid negative people. Get to bed same time. Repeat.. 🗽
Life is what you make it !

Brilliant that you’re open to engaging with people from varied “spaces” like Dr Bulsiewicz. It’s a bad idea to become “blinker-visioned” regarding something so complex as nutrition and disease / disease limitation. Unfortunately YouTube so often encourages foolish polarisation, as opposed to open-minded sharing of knowledge. So thanks again Jesse. Keep it up!

Love this doc. So gentle and clear. The only thing I would add is that anyone who is histamine intolerant cannot consume vinegar, tomatoes, fermented foods, mushrooms etc.

Thank you for this excellent video. I love watching Dr Bulsiewicz - I have always learned so much from him. I am gluten, sugar an dairy intollerant and have been diagnosed with a leaky gut. I do the morning walk, stop eating by 6.00 pm eat a salad for breakfast etc. etc - but I sleep so badly! I’m pretty desperate .... Thank you for your excellent program, Jesse.

I am a firm believer in the idea that everyone is an experiment of one. Only you can decide what food plan works best for your body. Some people thrive on WFPB, some on Keto, some carnivore, some Mediterranean. For every one study that promotes one lifestyle, you can find another that supports a different one. The one thing that is absolute for everyone is to stay away from highly processed foods, hydrogenated oils, and added sugars.

Would you be open to doing a talk on mold mytotoxins in the body, what they do in body, and how to remove any we may have that are ruining our health?

I really enjoyed this! I love hearing from all sides on an issue, and I have recently started adding some organic veg back into my diet. We will see how this goes…😊

Our distinct human biochemistry is as individual to us as our face. There is no one diet that is best for everyone. We can all agree that unprocessed and chemical free foods are best but when it comes to the macros we all have different needs that may even change during the course of our lives. I feel real good on a high fat diet and have always had an affinity to fatty food with no major health problems. The rule is to listen to your body.

Our knowledge about the microbiome is so recent…..there is more we don’t know, than we know. Anyone who thinks our current knowledge of the microbiome clearly shows “x” or “y” ….. is most likely incorrect.

However it is important to divert $$$ to extensively research the microbiome, given it is central to our health.

What about the Randall cycle and the impact of combining fats and carbohydrates??

Dr. Paul Saladino surfs several hours a day. He could probably eat anything and thrive. My understanding of his carnivore diet is that it worked well for him initially as an elimination diet and actually reversed a couple of severe auto immune disorders he had.
