She's not glowing she's puffy in the face still which leads me to believe she might have a sensitivity to grains. Something in her daily diet is causing inflammation. One of my daughter's face used to be puffy along with moderate eczema. Steroids were given to her around COVID when she was having a medical emergency. The steroids took away her inflammation which in turn took away her eczema and reduced puffiness in her face. Obviously she couldn't stay on steroids forever for health reasons. So we looked at what was consistent in her diet that might be causing the inflammation in the first place. It turned out to be cows milk. So we switched it out with oatmilk and her eczema went away and so did the puffiness in get face. Also my youngest daughter, my toddler's severe eczema went away as well. More than likely if we get rid of grains as well they both will have virtually no inflammation. But they are kids who loves grains so we do what we can 😊

Oxalates? Lectins? Dr Gundrys ideas re heart health is no... Grains seeds inflammatory? Shouldnt we just eat the whole food rather than smoothie.
It becomes what should we eat!

I would be hungry all day long :D Also I would prefer to switch it around: start a day with grains and proteins and finnish day with something light like smoothy or yogurt

Had green daily smooth suggestion is not a good one. I did pretty much exactly what she suggests and even my urologist had no idea I had oxalate poisoning and confounding ‘UTI’s’.
No so- it was THESE SMOOTHIES. Please research oxalate toxicity. It went after my thyroid bladder and eyes primarily. I am so tired of this horrid green smoothie advice. I will never do smoothies again. God this is OLD thinking. Wth? Also, peri meno wise- one BLENDED apple would put my glucose on a bad morning path. Even the glucose from one daily apple was stalling my belly fat loss. Man this is not great advice

I need a video on what cigarettes do to our gut and body and I think me hearing that would absolutely help me be able to quite smoking, it will motivate me 💯 and that is what I need to be able to quite!!

It constantly amazes me how clueless we can be. Reading all the comments makes me sad.
We don't live on a one size fits all planet. It's about how she FEELS. Maybe she just started a year ago after years of not eating food for her unique constitution. At least she knows health is about diet...unlike too many doctors.

What about a glucose spike which the smoothie will cause as the first thing in the morning? Also apparently it’s not good to drink veggies and fruits as the whole chewing process has its role

Please stop advocating this silly trend of consuming these raw, green smoothies. All those anti-nutrients! Green smoothies contain high levels of oxalic acid that forms oxalate crystals in the body, especially in the kidneys. Oxalate crystals are responsible for 80% of all kidney stone cases and can lead to oxalate toxicity, which is especially dangerous if you have hypothyroidism, Candida, vulvodynia, nutrient/mineral deficiencies, fibromyalgia, aspergillus, intestinal flora/gut imbalance, osteoporosis or arthritis.

I listen to my own body. Seems to be working. 75 and no pharma, even NSAIDs. Gut is in such good condition, I'm sure it's the best part of me. Lots of water. In the bathroom 3x a day. That's normal. I'm not sure there's only one way to good health. We're all different. Blood type plays a big part.
