Calc 3 isn't bad if you have a good teacher like this. Sometimes you get a horrible one and they make it a gazillion times harder than it needs to be.

Why the minus in front of the partial derivatives? I always explain the opposite: the partial derivatives with their sign and a -1 in the third place. What do you think?

It's 2xx1 - 3(xy1 + yx1) + 2(x+x1) + 2yy1 = 0 where x1= 1 and y1=2...
I learned this trick that you can replace squares and products in a certain way and get the tangent...

Very nice video👏 the only thing i noticed you made a mistake about is in the second line of the normal vector calculation, where you wrote -2x+3y+2 as the partial derivative with respect to x times -1, but it should be -2x+3y-2 because in f(x, y) it's 2x (by the way you did fix it in the next line when you calculated it at (1, 2), but I'm just mentioning it 😅)
