Tangent Plane Equation
1. fx(xo,yo,zo)(x-xo) + fy(xo,yo,zo)(y-yo) + fz(xo,yo,zo)(z-zo) = 0

2. r(t) = (xo,yo,zo) + t(xo,yo,zo)
