Procedure:
How to make Caramel Rock Candy Recipe:
1. Caramalize 1/2 cup of sugar. Add water and mix it well.
2. Then add whipped cream and mix well.
3. Then ad another 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well. Also add honey.
4. Then add a pinch of salt and check for proper consistency.
5. Then off the flame and add unsalted butter and venilla essence and mix it well.
6. Transfer to a lined tray and let it rest for 2 hours.
7. Then break into rock candies and enjoy with your family and friends.

Salt: A Pinch

I love it! Just what I was looking for. I used heavy cream and it worked out fine. But I have a gas stove and had to keep the heat closer to medium until after I added the salt to keep things from moving too fast for me. Thanks!
