Stretch Your Shoulders Out With A Band!

Hi fitness family! Are your shoulders feeling really tight? Grab a band or towel and try these 3 stretches that will relieve tension in your back and shoulders!
You can do each stretch for 10 reps or 30-60 seconds. Stretching may feel uncomfortable, but it should never be painful. Please listen to your body!
Bring the band directly over your head.
Bring the band crossing over the left side of your head and then switch to the right side of your head.
Pull the band behind you.
