**Make sure you are cleared by your doctor or PT if you have any injuries, questions, or concerns PRIOR to trying this tutorial.**

THE POLE THAT I USE:
I personally use a 45mm white powder coated xpole. However, I recommend 45mm chrome xpole for beginners (as long as you are not allergic to chrome). No drilling into the ceiling or floor required and very SAFE! Please use my affiliate link below to purchase your pole. Thank you!

Enjoy loves 🧡

This is exactly what I needed! I was feeling a little defeated because I wasn't really finding short, simplified tutorials like this one. I've been doing this short choreo and have been getting better and better. I am excited to see more of your videos!

I'm just 6 mins in right now, and I am so stunned by how much you are able to break down the move, and communicate where the body is, the energy lies, and how to add flourish. I wasn't sure about what to expect with your videos on your site, but now after I digest this one I'm really looking forward to the rest. Thanks for sharing your journey & your fire!

Thank you for giving me free content to continue learning pole while in quarantine. I can’t wait to save up to buy my own pole so I can practice at home and learn at the same time with you❤️ Love you and thanks for constantly inspiring me

I really appreciate you saying it's totally normal to feel like you're sliding down/feel weak/can't get your legs up that high etc. I was feeling really frustrated until you said that. Thank you for reminding us to keep pushing, and thanks for this awesome in-depth tutorial! :)

There was a time when I realized that everything had it's own "sweet science" to it, from boxing, to horticulture...hell, to rocket science itself lol, but I must admit I never once imagined that pole dancing had it's own version of it, I am in awe, especially with the detailed description in which you broke it down, it's obvious you aren't playing any games on that pole, well done Ms. Picone, well done.

Literally the best pole tutorial on YouTube. I’ve watched a handful of times and I get more out of this video the more I watch and study. You are a phenomenal teacher, and I really appreciate the slow progression and explanation of every step of the move. Thank you so much. ❤️

This is the first pole dancing tutorial I’ve seen in which the instructor truly breaks down, not only every segment of a move, but certain yet vital positioning you wouldn’t even think about. You are so articulately-spoken too. Thank you! I can’t wait to see more of your pole content and guidance.

This is so detailed. I was practicing these moves prior to this video. But the detail you provided helped me clean them up nicely! Thank you so much!

This is one of the best physical skill tutorials in *any* discipline I've seen on YouTube. Loved the precise visual and verbal breakdowns of body positioning, the well-chosen replays and added text, and the reminders about patience and incorporating flow early on. No idea if you still see these comments but seriously, wow. Now I'm even more impatient for my home pole to arrive because I can't wait to dig into the patreon content. Thank you!

Learning moves randomly is exactly how I learned... everything! I've been so frustrated with it, because I want to dance, not just do single tricks. Thank you for posting this! I've been thinking a lot about the class I got from your site, too. I really enjoyed it (the one about flow)!
