i did this workout along with 50 hip thrusts and 50 squats each day with only 1 rest day and omg my butt seriously lifted i’m continuing this workout just because i saw results this fast thank you lily! :)

Hi! I did this for 14 days and it worked! My hips are lifted! Before doing this I was flat. You have to try this!

Im gonna document my journey:
Day 1 ✅
Day 2 ✅ ( did it at midnight bc of a very busy day, but no excuses allowed if u want a poppin butt)
Day 3 ✅ Done at the evening, feeling
Day 4 ✅ Had the busiest day but still did it:)
Day 5 ✅ Today I was very energetic so I did a 30min full body workout and ended it with this butt workout:)
Day 6 ✅ Did a cardio workout, abs workout + this workout 🥳
Day 7 ✅ My butt definetly feels tighter yay

I’ve been doing this about 13 days, doing your under butt video, and going for a mile walk. I was in an accident and couldn’t work out for years. It feels so good to have doable exercises, as I keep practicing I’m getting stronger. My butt was a pancake after not being able to walk for some time and now I’m getting a lift and some jiggle! I did take about 2 days to rest, i know it will only make me stronger the next day. So happy to have found your videos. You’re very motivating !

Trying to do this twice almost every day for 14 days (with booty band)
Day 1: Did it twice with band, lower back is hurting a bit, and im sweating, but it was overall fine.
well i sprained my finger, so i havent worked out in two days, but ill continue from today!
day 4: did the workout once, bc my lower back started hurting.

Day 1: I don't know if I'm doing it right but I'm dripping in sweat since I did the Abs one as well. I'll either do this 3x a day as well, but I'm not sure yet
Update: I did it 3x so I'll be doing it 3x a day throughout
Day 2: I'm getting sore HAHA
Day 3: I am so sweaty omg but I feel like it's working and I realize this is for 14 days not 7 HAHA
Day 4: Is it normal for your hamstrings to get sore??
Day 5: I wore jeans today and I could see a change. I've noticed before that one cheek was bigger than the other, but not I could see that it's looking the same even more
Day 6: I could feel it more in my butt now
Day 7: Halfway there! my sides are left side is getting to that curve shaped like my right side so that's a good thing
Day 8: I didn't update yesterday, but I wore leggings and I really felt a difference
Day 9: Didn't hurt as much so yay!
Day 10: I wore my sweats and it feels more fit than before
Day 11: My butt feels more firm
Day 12: 2 more days!! I got used to it
Day 13: One more day!! I do see a difference :)
Day 14: omg I did it!! The result was the my butt is more rounded and is lifted :) my left doesn't look flat anymore lol

Lilly, I want to say a big thanks for all your videos, but especially for this one. I have workout since I was about 35 -that was loong time ago, but I always took for granted my round nice butt will stay the same. Now that I am getting really old, I can see what a big mistake I made by not doing anything for my butt. My arms are thin and toned so is my back, but my poor butt is almost disappearing. I will do this workout every day for as long as it takes to make my butt look better. Thank you Lilly!!

Day 1 : I tried to do it with my mum and she's in her 50's it was do funny, I couldn't stop laughing at her she was struggling lol

Y'all this is definitely the best booty workout in ever, I've went around a lot of videos but just didn't feel the burns so left them. I did this thrice today and I feel so sore gosh, don't procrastinate and get on it!
