I've been working out for a while and I always push myself. After working 11 hour shift. I believe 2 rounds to start is enough, but I love your work outs!!!

Beginnes 1-2 sets
Intermediate 3-4 sets
Advanced 5 sets

Close Grip Floor Press or Squeeze Press 8 to 10 reps
Single Tricep Extensions 16 to 20 reps
Floor Fly and Close Grip Press 12 reps
Single Overhead Extensions 6 to 10 reps form right to left 12 to 20 each
Incline Floor Press 8 to 10 reps
Lying Overhead Press including Skull Crushers or Lying Tricep Extensions 8 to 10 reps
Decline Floor Press 8 to 10 reps
Tate Press 8 to 10 reps
Single Kneeling Chest Flys 16 to 20 reps
Outward Tricep Extensions 8 to 10 reps

Hello Mr. Midas, thank you so much for helping me become a better looking individual, I have always struggled to understand the breathing cycle while doing weights, would it be possible for you to include that in the routine as well, breath in or breath out while pushing or retracting etc, thank you again
