30 Minute Chest & Triceps Strength Circuit Workout | MOVE - Day 10

Welcome to Day 10 of MOVE! Let's get stronger together with this short and spicy chest and triceps workout!

This upper body workout is going to target our chest and triceps in the best way. We will complete 4 rounds of our first two circuits for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest focusing on a tempo of 2-0-2. This means 2 seconds to lower the dumbbells and without pausing 2 seconds to push the dumbbells back up. The second half of the workout we will complete 3 rounds of the circuit and it will involve your core too! We are closing it out with the infamous push-up and dumbbell push across move. I want you to rock this workout with dumbbells that are 75%-85% of your maximum dumbbells weights for each exercise. I used anywhere from my 10 to my 25 pound dumbbells for this one so grab your weights and let's crush this one!

3. Skull crushers
4. Tricep oh Extension

5. Chest Fly and sit up
6. Russian Twist Press

7. Push up and DB drag
8. Dip pulses

A spicy upper body workout to start Thanksgiving week! I’ve had a tough year with my recovery from the February accident but I’m thankful and grateful to still be alive. I’m proud of myself for using 20 pound dumbbells for our chest press. I’m slowly increasing my dumbbell weight as I continue rebuilding my strength. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you for our next workout.

I pinky promised to do this workout, then soon after my throat started to feel itchy and my kiddo has been sick, took a COVID test -> positive result -> spent two days in bed -> came back Wednesday to fulfill my promise. Woo 🎉

I pushed into my 60 lbs with chest press thank you for these! My favorite is chest press as I can press 60 lbs and have a nice bench to work out on yay! Also like hammer curls.
