30 Minute Chest & Triceps Workout | PRE - Day 7

It's time to PUSH and embrace all the burn to really feel strong in our triceps and chest...all fitness levels welcome! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds at a time with 15 seconds rest. I will challenge your strength today and we will push hard together!
Dial your resistance (weights) up to 70-85% of your max intensity to make sure you can work the entire work period with a moderate tempo I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells for the workout today!

The Exercises:
1. Wide push up x 2 and tricep push up x 2
2. Chest Press
3. Alternating Chest Press
4. Left Arm Press only
5. Right arm press only
6. Standing OH Extension
7. Standing Close Press Pulse
8. Skull Crusher
9. Tricep Alt Kickbacks
10. Chest Push through

My chest was shaking so much during the flies. OH Lordy!!! I loved it ❤💪♥️💪♥️💪 I am getting ready for STF by really focusing on the movement and muscle connection. I have a VERY busy summer in nursing school coming this summer and plan to continue these workouts to keep myself focused. 💪💪💪

Thanks for another great workout! I really need help with pushups. I am finally trying to perform them correctly and going all the down to the floor. I can only do them on my knees and I’m lucky if I get 5 in. My biggest challenge is proper nutrition
