I'm 88 and have used this formula for at least 20 years. Makes no sense but it works!!! If you can't stand drinking it, you can rub it on your leg or foot and it still works! I keep it in my cabinet always and bless whoever discovered this.

There are MANY natural remedies that I (with all due respect) believe doctors don't know anything about. It's not their fault- it's because colleges and medical schools don't thoroughly educate people on these matters. I had a doctor who was both a mainstream MD AND understands natural remedies and prescribes them! I'm glad you're willing to look into these things. That's what separates you from those who only think INSIDE the box.

Im an athletic, 64 year old female and I have nocturnal leg cramps. ACV always works for me. Pickle juice works too. Inner thigh cramps are the worst!

A quick tip to stop a leg/foot cramp when it above your upper lip there are accupressure points. Use your index & 2nd fingers & press gently in this area a few times. keep doing it until the cramp subsides. Works for me in less than a minute. Been using it now for 1.5yrs. Now I'm going to try the ACV a few hrs before I go to bed & see if it stops me getting the cramps. I'm female & 73yrs, so hope this works. Tks Bob&Brad for the tip.

You don’t need the ginger, only the ACV. Discovered this years ago and everyone thinks I’m crazy, but it resolved my restless leg and my leg (calf cramps). It also aids digestion because it raises the acid levels in your stomach which needs to be high acid

Watched your channel for years. Bought the massage gun as I had Knotts in my back preventing me from walking. My wife had to do it for me as it is I could not reach the areas and after 1 week I am walking 3 miles again. Going to keep using it to keep the Knotts away and get back up to 20, 000 steps a day!

Thank you guys so much!

I just put this item in my cart. I had several debilitating cramps last night. I might make my own “salad dressing” anti-cramp juice till this product arrives. Thank you so much for making this video! 🙏🏽

A big thank you! I had my worst leg cramp ever last night that lasted through the morning. Took some apple cider vinegar (ACV) and swirled in my mouth and pain went away, I couldn’t believe it was that fast. Thank you so much!

My 1st leg cramp was when I was pregnant. Woke up feeling like something was trying to rip the calf out of my leg! I made the horrendous mistake of pointing my toe to try to fix it 😧 Holy Mother Of God, that was the worst!

I am 60 year old female and had problems with foot cramps but more problems with restless legs at night. I ordered the Amish tonic. I have to say that I had my doubts if that stuff would work but it did. I had the worst case of RLS a few nights ago that got me out of bed several times and walking around didn’t seem to help it like it usually does. Resting my legs on a heating pad helped some. Then about 5:00 in the morning that I suddenly remembered that I bought the bottle of tonic so I decided to try it and I was shaking my head thinking this probably won’t work. I mixed a capful with a cup of water and drank it (it didn’t taste bad) and about 5 minutes later my legs felt better and I could finally get some sleep. I couldn’t believe it. I just couldn’t believe it but I was very glad it did. I only wished that I had thought to use it at 2:00 in the morning when all my trouble started. I have taken it before bedtime 3 nights in a row now and I haven’t had any RLS in the night plus I have slept so good. I just mix it with some apple juice and it tastes better. Thanks for doing this video because it helped me.

personally i have found any vinegar works !!! the first time i tried it after it was advised to me i had rice vinegar on hand, i poured some in a little of water to help swallow, it was the middle of the night in half dark and i was stunned it worked !! My solution any time a cramp decides to come for an unwelcome visit !!!

The stuff in the Amish bottle is miraculous— it REALLY works. I don’t drink it; I apply it topically like the bottle says. In about 45 seconds my leg cramp is absolutely solved. I keep some in a spray bottle next to my bed, and when a leg cramp strikes in the middle of the night, a few spritzes solves the problem. I don’t know how it works, but I’m just happy it does.

OK, So I'm a type 2 diabetic doing a keto feeding pattern and I use ACV to make a drink at night. I have a 30 oz travel mug that I put a jigger of ACV, a jigger of lemon juice, and a couple drops of liquid stevia and fill the mug with water from the sodastream. I also take a potassium and magnesium pill in the mornings. When I get a cramp in my hamstring or calf, in bed in the mornings, all I have to do is stand up and it goes away almost immediately. I am getting fewer cramps with this approach but I still get a few. They mostly happen if I stretch really hard putting the muscles in tetanus for a few seconds. I have also found that if I use an electrolyte powder in the drink that is sweetened with stevia in place of the liquid stevia, I have fewer cramps. There is a trick to mixing the drink, fill the mug half way with the carbonated water, add everything and when it settles down add the rest of the water slowly.

I just took a tablespoon, and it worked!!! Thanks, my leg cramps, stays usually for about 15 minutes, it disappeared. My leg workout days are brutal, and I stretch post workout. Thank God I keep ACV because of its other benefits.

MUSTARD!!!!Prepared mustard ...buy the yellow squeeze bottle. all you have to do is a squeeze directly into your mouth ..in a few minutes your cramps will melt away.... i was lucky to find those small packets they give you at fast food joints so l keep a couple of those packets in my
bag for emergencies.
i tell you it tastes better than apple cider vinegar and works great. all you need is one small packet .
(the big yellow squueze
bottle is used at home just keep in the refrigerator door and save the packets for on the go!)

I am in my 60s and only occasionally get cramps anymore but used to get them regularly starting in my 20s. I get out of bed, hold onto something to steady myself and stand on my tippy toes. I can feel it start to release. Takes about 20 seconds or less. It works for me.

Lol! I also live in WI and bought that same bottle at a hardware store!! It did help…but it was a spray bottle and then my bedroom reeked of vinegar😅 But when I read on the label that you could drink it… I decide to just drink ACV with water. Bragg organic raw ACV with the ‘mother’. Every night. It’s is much cheaper than the hardware store stuff and it works…always! In less than a minute!! Never fails! My mother always used apple cider vinegar as a remedy for many things, and I didn’t listen to her…but now she would be proud of me! PS…I don’t really care why it works or how…I just know it works and I’m using it! Kind of like coconut oil pulling…but that’s for another day😄 Oh and never take ACV without water…it will burn your esophagus!

Brad and Bob---great show, thank you for all of your videos. I just read at least one hundred posts. The majority of people praise and agree with the use and success of ACV. A little drink or a little application or a swish in your mouth all seem to work. I intend to try it. My focus is on my method of relieving my major calf cramps. I get them nightly, three or four times a night. The intense pain forces me up, I sit on the side of the bed. My toes on the floor, at this point my heels will not reach the floor due to the cramping. My heels are about two inches off the floor. I would be doing major muscle damage if I forced my heel to the floor, believe me, I know, I've done it one time before. So I slowly attempt to make my heels reach the floor using a slight push, push, push movement. My calf is tight, as the heel slowly begins to lower, I will then feel a strange sensation as the tightness is released. It can be described as a whooshing release. After that, there is no lasting pain, but the cramp will return in a couple hours. This is the only method that works for me. I hope that it will be helpful to others. Sorry for this being so long.
