great review joe i have decided to wait for the dome after watching your review and a couple of other peoples reviews i agree with you for the price you will not get another oven as good thanks again and look forward to many more videos.

Do you have to send the whole oven back to replace the stone or do they send you one to put in yourself?

Is there enough room on the side of the oven to fit 16” wood splits?

I love mine. Not so impressed with the waterproof cover. it isn't. On my first firing I baked 20 sourdough pitta breads whilst I got used to it. Can't wait for the door.
