How does a person work up to this? What if I cannot balance on a single leg beyond a second or two? Do I stabilize with a table's edge and build up? What is the foundational starting place for someone with limitations?

Glen I’m looking for a video to help with my foot but cannot see the area hurting in your list of foot and ankle
The area is outside of the foot almost straight down from where you tie your shoe lace about half way down toward the floor. Do you have anything for this area
