I get calf and foot dystonic cramping. It is really painful. I started getting them in my 20's.

U see a few years ago I crashed on a bike and my legs wouldn’t move and felt really really heavy do you know ways to prevent that I hate when my body gets into that state

I just got woken up by a calf cramp and moving your toes in the leg that’s in pain and it should go it worked for me

In my experience at 48 yrs old now, I think drinking more water during the day could effectively prevent muscle cramps of any kind. The most annoying for me are forearm and hand cramps. Also, taking enough Vitamin B complex (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12) could really help replenish the nerves to assist in the prevention of muscle cramps especially in the legs

I started taking electrolytes. I take them at night before bed. Magnesium, potassium and sodium in water. They’re gone.
