HOW TO FIX ASTRO A50 FIRMWARE UPDATE ERROR

This Video will hopefully solve the issue of the Astro A50 Headset and Base station firmware not updating.

I Have a third Gen XBOX Astro A50 headset with Wireless MixAmp

I'm on Windows 11. If you cant get the Astro Command Center provided below to work, try getting it from the Microsoft Store.

For those of you that are having issues with the reddit links not working, try this:
It seemed like it was being blocked by a popup blocker or just glitching. (Using Chrome) What I did was right click and opened the link in an incognito window. If it doesn't download click in the address bar and press enter. That just worked for me.

Had to do something similar to this a few months ago. Was able to find a similar download file with an older version of command center just how you walked through. You saved me a bunch of time by uninstalling the original command center and redownloading a functional Astro Command center version. Was able to re-download my old file like you did with the Europa files and it did the trick instantly. Salute brother.

for me when clicking on the download for gen4 manual update it doesn't do anything for me wont download. Is there any other ways to get the firmware??
